Withdrawal form

You have 14 days from receipt of your game to withdraw, without giving any reason. You can use the form below: fill it in, then send it by e-mail to pro@gamexpass.com (photo or PDF) or by post to the address shown. This form is optional: a simple e-mail or a message through the contact form clearly stating your decision is enough.

Then send the game back, in its original sealed packaging, no later than 14 days after informing us. We refund the full price paid, including the initial delivery costs; return shipping costs are at your expense. A game whose protective film has been removed after delivery cannot be withdrawn from.
